Stambiance provides interior styling consultations, room-by-room mood boards, lighting plans, material palettes, and decor sourcing guidance for residential and boutique hospitality clients. All recommendations are advisory in nature and are based on the information provided during consultation sessions.
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their space, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs prior to consultation. Any measurements, photographs, or property details shared during the process must be current and truthful. Stambiance is not liable for discrepancies arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-supplied information.
Mood boards, styling guides, and curated palettes delivered as part of a consultation remain the intellectual property of Stambiance. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own residential or commercial space. Reproduction or resale of delivered design assets without written consent is prohibited.
Stambiance offers styling guidance and sourcing suggestions but does not execute physical installations, renovations, or structural modifications. Any third-party contractors, suppliers, or vendors engaged based on our recommendations operate independently. Stambiance is not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcomes of third-party services.
Either party may terminate a consultation agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients retain access to materials already delivered, but further consultation services cease immediately. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable, while prepaid but undelivered sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Stambiance reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes via the contact information provided during registration. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
